You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all content you upload or submit.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you should use it at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CV Genie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. We are not responsible for any career decisions you make based on the information provided by our service.
6. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed securely via our payment processor, Stripe. Due to the immediate computation costs and nature of AI-generated digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once the service credits have been utilized. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your dashboard.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
